Beef Brisket sandwich:

Lavender rubbed, mesquite smoked brisket ,with espresso-honey barbeque sauce - $12

Pulled pork sandwich:

Hickory smoked pork shoulder served with espresso-honey barbeque sauce - $10

Baby back ribs:

The loin portion of the rib, baby backs are dry-rubbed, hickory smoked and served with our special expresso-honey barbeque sauce – pick your rack size:

  • Quarter rack $10

  • Half rack $15

  • Full rack $30

Pastrami sandwich:

Our special pastrami made in house, served with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on your choice of marble rye, or pumpernickel bread with mustard or Thousand Island dressing - $12 Comes with. Side of bbq beans
