The art of smoking and grilling has long been a part of Frank Pendola's
love for the cooking process. You may have tasted his smoked meats at
his Annual MDI Garlic Festival that started in the fall of 1998 as a way
to celebrate Frank's garlic harvest.
Nostrano is available all year for catered barbeque events for 20-200
people (or more). Ask us about our slow smoked brisket, pulled pork,
iron skillet Maine crab cakes, smoked Atlantic salmon and side dishes.
The cost of a barbecue event is determined per person based on the
customized menu selected.
